I think you misunderstand. Rhett has nothing to do with the WCN event. He runs the mongabay.com website and write an article about it. Just click on the link to read it.
That’s my bad for using an American literary reference as a joke. Rhett Butler is a character in a novel titled “Gone With the Wind.” Clarkk Gable played him in the movie version from the late 1930s.
